i was only there for a day or so, it was on the way to south america. but like tubularbills said, very crazy just seeing the all the moai around this very small island.

i went to tahiti when i was a kid, still remember bits of it. my mum says she loved the place so you could give that a try.

any part of spain, imo. iceland during summer solstice. hit both islands of new zealand.

japan's beautiful, and tokyo breathes a life of its own. it's the only place i've travelled where i've been the most captivated and the most lost :p

are you looking for off-the-beaten path destinations or ones more to-go-before-you-die'ish?

feel free to PM me for travel tips or whatever. i was an airline brat for over a decade and averaged 140,000 miles/year :wtf:

I was in Norway last July, and it was amazing. The sun would set at midnight and go down for just a few hours. But afterwards I went to Iceland and did a midnight tour of the geysers/volcanoes near Reykjavik and the sun never even set. It was sunset for hours.

Berlin and Barcelona come to mind in Europe.

Victoria Falls looks amazing.
