The people your talking about are the ones who are lower class,Jobless, uneducated, people who are paid to do these kind of protests and are even paid to come out on the streets and political gatherings to scream slogans these people arent saying what they really feel these people are saying and making it seem like what they are asked to do so by whatever party they are with.
The regular working class or middle class or even higher class is just sitting in there homes watching TV and praying to GOD everything get better so they can go about there normal lives they have given up with this political drama and worry about there own lives and saftey and wont come to the streets knowing how bad the situation is and know how important Musharaf is for Pakistan. |
So what you're saying is that the educated people in Pakistan all love Musharef?
:conf:
I'm no expert, but I don't think it would be too hard to find evidence to the contrary... |

The death of millions of people will have 0 effect on me, yet i still fill pity for them. That is a very cold perspective mate. |
I do feel for her family, friends and supporters and if I met any of them I would tell them I am sorry for their loss....just like you or anyone else would say to someone when you find out they have gone through a death.

i thought we already proved to you her death and rising tension in pakistan would in fact have an impact on your life-
princess dianas death was tragic but it didnt have anywhere near the political consequences butto's death will have, that i agree with-
do you really not see the point here? |
if you are talking about increase fuel prices as previously mentioned then that is a very weak impact in anyone's life.....so we see an increase of like $0.02 a litre for a couple of weeks....that is not an impact in my life....especially since the company I work for pays for my fuel.
If good old Prime Minister Stephen Harper died it would have little affect on my daily life....I would still have to pay taxes, I would still have to work and I would still have to do all the other daily things that I do now. Yeah we would have a new Prime Minister but that would eventually happen anyhow. |

you all with your oil! Pakistan has the 6th population, and the nuclear weapon. |

I am not sure about mayan calendar, but if the nuclear weapons fall into wrong hands, we all may perish even before 2012.
Me and my wife are planning to have a baby soon and some times I question my self if we should bring life in between this stupid ing idiotic archaic fanatic religious believers.
All this really makes me feel low at times. |

Yes....Because all the people who are running for the elections have done their damage in their previous terms so.......The situation Pakistan is in right now it needs someone strong like Musharaf to control it.
The educated people look at facts and do a proper SWOT analysis......... On the other hand uneducated people do what they are told to do.They would smiply go and vote for someone just because its from their own caste or last name or alot of their friends are voting for them, not like how they do it in North America. |

Pakistan govt. now claims she 'hit her head', no shots were fired.
Bizarre.
She was beautiful and strong.
I'm surprised she lived this long... |

Utter shock... but it was to be expected I suppose.
I had tremendous admiration for that lady. R.I.P :(
Does anyone else think that, given the risk of further destabilizing the country, it might be better to postpone those elections for the time being? |
