Water, bottled or tap, cold or room temp, doesn't matter. Water is the only thing that truly quenches my thirst. I've practically given up soft drinks...too much sugar, and they always made me even more thirsty.
Also, I'd like to report for TB's sake that I drink far too much beer. :gsmile: |

lol i was trying to figure it out too. here "softie" is a term used to tell someone they are a little pushover bitch but in a nice way. |

| tap water at home and work. when i go to the gym i bring bottled water, but after im done with the bottled water i end up refilling it at the fountain. occasionally i'll go crazy and have some VITAMIN WATER. i live life dangerously. |

I drink tap/fountain water when thirsty. I never substitute it with anything else. The only drink that will naturally quench my thirst and make me feel better is plain cold water. I buy bottled water only if I am outside or cannot find a decent water fountain to drink. Waste of money IMO.
So why do you guys prefer to drink some other beverage when thirsty ? |
