No, I just assumed that posting my experience with this guy in the past, which was a successful transaction, was showing the 2 sides of the medal.

eBay don't do anything! People are constantly selling fake dvds and doing dodgy things, yet eBay don't care. As long as they get their fees they're satisfied.
I think ThaMaestro is posting here, to warn people, probably like myself as if a prospective buyer sees this thread it will surely put them off, which is of course the intention...

I understand where you're coming from but the point essentially is that he is unreliable and untrustworthy; he may in fact send you the vinyls you win, on the other hand he may not. Therefore it is best to buy from someone trustworthy than take a risk. |

im sure this thread has been useful to a lot of people. the number of views on this thread is (relatively) enormous. thats why ALL replies are useful too. its not just 1 person who warns everyone else for YMOHAM, ('luckily') there are many people who can confirm the untrustworthyness of this seller
the only problem that remains is that he will probably continue his activities (he pm-ed me with an offer, several days after his auctions were removed form eBay). and most important, he uses so many names, that it might not always be very obvious if youre dealing with Yousaf Mohammed.:( |

Beware, it seems that Mr. Yousaf (aka yahel6, ymoham etc) is at it again, under the new eBay name of daminanatkaniec. He emailed me on eBay randomly asking me did i want to buy 350 trance tunes, and kept emailing me constantly asking me how much i wanted to pay etc calling himself Damian. Look he is so stupid he can't even spell damian properly! He spells it as daminan.
I told him on eBay the only way i would do business with him, was if he sent me the vinyls first and then i paid. Obviously he said he wouldn't do that. He even had the cheek on emailing me asking me to pay via postal order.
But what is annoying me is that he has so far had about 3 eBay accounts that i know of, which is against eBay policy, as far as i am aware, but eBay would do nada if you tried emailing them showing concrete proof that it is him.
Anyway just thought i would warn people it is him, el hijo de puta |

you mean OAKENOLD? thats who i found on discogs to be Mr. Yasef. this guy is unbelievable.
i found him on discogs under this alias because he first emailed me to sell some of his stuff. i immediately found out it was Yasef, so i started to 'tease' him in order to be 100% confident its Yasef (he didnt said he was Yasef yet). after some 10 pm's, he quit denying he was yasef, and told me i was an arse (which i am to him, because since of now, i started an offense against him, on discogs (CLICK!) and here on TA, where's he banned now).
the guy isnt only a fraud, he is so stupid ... his signature is always the same, so aevery time he starts off a new 'alias' one can immedaitely see its that f*cking Yasef again ... what an arse! |

| please pay attention everyone, YMOHAM/yousafmohammed/OAKENOLD is back. his new username on discogs is 'gatecrasherone'. u can see in his feedback on discogs OAKENOLD is the only one one who gave him feedback. also, he does not use CAPS LOCK this time. the prices for his records are again phenomenally high .... be aware! |
