GILLL...i told you, you guys are welcome to practice at my house anytime. (but not quite willing to give up the tables, as it would leave a big gaping hole in the sweet setup i have @ my house...) im right in between u n jes, (travel wise)...call me silly. |

you dont have monitors :whip: but well keep the option open. we can also likely practice at Alex's place but we're trying to not really bug people as we hate getting bugged ourselves :stongue: |

Hey, another South Peninsula folk here!
Anyway, I have a pair of Numark TT200's that you can use if all else fails, with RCA/Ground Cables (though I think there may be a cartridge problem with one of them, though I have some replacements lying around). |

I like how the Hillsdale Tower Records was the only local Dance Music avenue in San Mateo, until they closed down, of course.
It was awesome during the going-out-of-business sale. Many of the Dance music gems remained untouched towards the 90% off phase of their sale, in which case I managed to get both Balance 005 and Fear of a Silver Planet BRAND NEW for only 12 bucks.
I also traveled down to the Mountain View Tower, and picked up Judge Jules' awful mix comp for a dollar, which was frankly a dollar too much. |

Because nobody talks to anybody in San Mateo, unless you work at the same place, go to the same school, or meet people through friends of your friends.
I actually worked at The Good Guys in the same spot as Tower for four years, so you probably saw me at some point (it sure made for many Tower discounts on overpriced Global Underground and Renaissance releases). |

I actually live in Millbrae and used to work in Hillsdale Mall. It's nice to see more Pen people on here.
