the tank is a prop. it is an easy trick, almost every illusionist has used it at some point. there is a video on youtube of chris angel doing the same sort of thing.
there is a sliding piece of glass, which goes down over the card. |

| David Blaine did something very similar with the window of a cafe. He was on the outside with some people, they picked the card and he threw the deck at the window. The card was on the inside and the people inside freaked out too. Don't know how that worked. |

| A variation was in a recent episode of House too. The magician throws the deck against a glass wall and House's card stuck on the other side. Not sure if that's a real "magic" trick or just TV magic though. |

there's one that he does in a Lacoste store...he moves around the "alligator" on the shirt, and then turns him into real life lizard. it's pretty funky.
