Who Is Behin Yahel or just tell me a few Aliases with this guye , he is awesome ,
is his name Sam Yahel ?

No, it's not Sam Yahel, it's Yahel Sherman.
Unfortunately, I don't know any aliases of him, but I've heard, that "Infected Mushroom" is Yahel and Eyal Barkan.
Please correct me, if I'm wrong.

How do you know? I'm not saying that it's not true, I'm simply wondering if it's the entire Scooter-crew that are behind Ratty, or if it's just one of them. After all they did do a song called "Expecting more from Ratty" (or something), which, if Ratty=Scooter, suggests the existense of an identity problem in the Scooter-camp.

The 'original' version of this tune was "Sunrise (Ratty's Inferno)", b-side from Scooter's single "She's The Sun",
First the instrumental 12" was released as "Ratty - Sunrise / Space Cowboy". Space Cowboy is on Scooter's latest album "Sheffield". A bit later a new vocal version was released; "Ratty - Sunrise (Here I Am)"
At the end of the day I think this is just clever marketing (http://www.kontor.cc/english/news/ratty.html).
And no, I'm not a Scooter fan :D
