Sounds like someone whose afraid of people and doesn't mind the government running their lives via the mailbox...

| The world doesn't work that way. What if you were a subprime borrower sitting on a house that's losing value while not being able to pay the mortgage adjustable rate, then losing your job? Some things are outside of local community's control... |

Perhaps they could have worded it better by simple saying, "It's easier than being responsible." |
