It's more true in LA than probably anywhere else in the country. Makes me glad I grew up in NY so I can lean to spot BS a mile away.
My plan has always been that when I get married and have kids, i'm moving back to NY to have them grow up there. Then they can come out to LA to go for the many more opportunities out here :)

people think im an at work because of this...
im serious most the time with everyone, i feel like i have to be that way with people in order to get "through" to them.
i really wont joke around or talk to some people that im not to keen with at work. the way i look at it is that people need to "earn" the true me.
Outside of work, well thats a diff story. Depending on the situation i wear diff mask's, but most the time im mask free.
