well multi level prolly has something to do with multiple levels.. (the standard kinda answer i give on exams when i dont know answer)..
piramyde schemes.. are that.. you start out with lotso peepz @ beginning.. they put in their money..and normally get some profit..as more people join.. it gets more risky to get yr money back.. ghehe.. some countrys have some really crappy problems with em cause their st00pid people invest all their money in these sorta schemes ghehe.
