Islam is not just the guy who blows himself up and tapes videos saying he is doing some sort of jihad,or the dood that tells others to come and kill all the non believers.......It also consists of those regulars and average joes that just go about their lives paying taxes and working 40 hours a week,going to school,having a good time friends and family,people who watch movies at cineplex,people who listen to music and go clubbing and do all the other things that people from several other religions do......
Now how do we decide which is the proper Islam ?..........Is it fair to paint everyone with the same color? |

Does it matter? The point is it has more bad people then other religions... and not by chance but because of the religion itself. |

| i'd like to point out that in my rantings concerning religion, i do not include buddhism in that rant. i know next to nothing about buddhism, mostly because it minds its own business and doesn't seem to cause anybody any strife. ive only ever seen it "fight" for just causes. |

So you are making some kinda point about an entire religion based on, what, a few hundred morons that made a mess in the name of Allah?.. that's so short-sighted.
Based on a sample of that size...one could state that all Christians are just as bad...(because I'm sure, if I felt so inclined and wanted to take the time) that I could go to any Christian book store, and find books that said almost the same crap about Jews, from a Christian point of view.
I mean, it hasn't been that long since Christians took it for granted that "the Jews killed Christ..", and, historically, there has always been a certain amount of bias between Jews and Christians.
Even today, as much hate and violence is committed by Christians, who are convinced that they are acting the way God wants them to. |

Jesus didn't marry a 9 year old. My point was there are teachings in the Kuran that lend towards violence. |
