Dude, no offense, but try to put some effort on your Myspace and when posting a thread aswell.

There's a total lack of Professionality here, the thread looks like another noobie posting for the first time in a forum, your Myspace Bio is well, to be nice, not Professional at all.

If you will put the same effort you did to do this thread and your Myspace, then there's a problem.

If you would be really into the EDM scene, above all into internet Promotion, you would know we see daily alot of guys like you, not only here, but in any Producers forum, seting up projects without good preparation, and alot of enthusiasm, wich tend to dont workout good.

I suggest you, first of all, to take the care to do a nice thread, with some fancy codes with images, banners, logos of your project, good info, good gramar, and please, use PARAGRAPHS, same for your Myspace, then, we will may be interested in what you have to offer to us, and your Project.

If you are going to sell a CD, and the cover looks amateur and awful, you cant expect the reactions you would like, try to apply that ;).

If you need help with your Myspace, I could give you a hand.

Is not very hard to do something like this, wich I did for my friend yesterday, it takes only a couple of hours :).

Sure, I used this for the overall Myspace tweak up:

Use photobucket to host your images:

And use this to generate special codes like the image in the top of your profile:

If you get in trouble dont hesitate to ask me ;).

Well.. I respect your opinion and feedback .. I do have a large network and dont plan on doing 100,000 cds .. but about 10,000 and for some people that is a step up. The mix will be distributed via the internet which means it will not cost anyone a cent. I am sorry that you feel my education level is of a 13 year old.

WAIT 10,000
THATS OVER 9000!
Seriously though thats tons... I doubt you could get over 2000 downloads without some really good tracks. Personally if I was going to dl a compilation that big (concidering I don't normally as well and I dunno who you are) I'd probably want a 4 page thread at least (with plenty of discussion and lots of people... not just a lot of bump posts) and a 10-1 ratio of people who liked it.

www.ektoplazm.com these guys are wondering whether they can afford to recoup the cost of a professionally done cd... what makes you think that this will be more popular?

Are you a producer? And a good one?

Heres me thinking your planning a free compilation with a bunch of semi and decent amateurs with maybe 500-1000 dls. Dude get real

What is this, 2006?

The tracks will not be semi decent. So far I have reviewed about 15 tracks and I think there is some quality stuff there. The drum and bass/jungle cd is the one that I have the most tracks already picked out... yes I do also produce and will be putting one of my own tracks on it as well. You dont have to download it. There are plenty of people that will. I mapped out every single record store in the united states... and will be doing some of my own distribution through it.
