Could you bring a can of Ginger Ale and/or Mountain Dew? I don't know whether you can bring that with you because of the tough airport security but... I've never had either in my life :p

ps.: Have you taken shots for Yellow Fever? It doesn't matter if you want to travel around Brasília but, if you want to go to the waterfalls, the authorities are asking tourists to take care, as there's an unconfirmed outbreak in a neighbouring state.

its really not that great though, I went to this one small town in the coast of Sao Paulo called Jureia with like 600 citizens and it still took a dump on Rio's mouth. Hells even Santos takes a dump on Rio..

My family is from Santos. The Baixada Santista rocks, that's why I said São Paulo owns Rio :D

yeh I have family in Santos also and it's clean and calm I love it there, its one of the only places I would live in if I had to go back, in Rio you have to watch back all the time. :rolleyes:

Brazil = awesome

But watch your wallet at all times!! In Sao Paulo, some of kids pick pockets for a living.

Thanks for the help guys, much appreciated. <333

I'll give it some thought before deciding on the perfect location for me. They all sound amazing, and wish I could visit them all..but what I'm looking for basically is place to relax and unwind in a tranquil setting and laze around on the beach. See something new and refreshing, swim for hours and just chill out... That's really all I need at the moment...Been going through a really tough time lately and all I want is escape somewhere sunny and warm and just forget about everything..:)

Lira, if I come to Brasilia or anywhere near it, I will contact you (PM me your e-mail address or a number where I can reach you), would be awesome to meet you and hang out. :)

eRRaTiK, come! :gsmile:

The south or the north east sounds perfect for you, Florianopolis especially and always look for towns near it for more deserted places with virgin beaches and all. I know it sounds a little weird but the best places in Brazil are the ones less known.

You should go to the Dominican Republic instead. I will be there from the 17th-24th of Feb.

Yea?

The North looks VERY attractive to me...I'm looking online at some of the resorts and beaches there. Looks like heaven <3

No that makes perfect sense, it means it's still pure and virgin and natural.. not a lot of people been there to ruin it. :)

Also, how's the weather there around Feb? I know it's summer there but is it mostly sunny/rainy/humid, etc..?
