OK here is my dilemma...
I can buy 2 new mk2's right now or I can wait 2-3 weeks to save up the extra $100 for the mk3's. What would you all suggest I do. Is it real hard to beat match near 0 pitch on the mk2's and if so does it warrant saving up for the mk3's. Also I like the dust covers on the mk3's better but I am assuming that you can unscrew the covers on the mk2's. Any info you can provided will be much appreciated. |

i say DONT SAVE
and spent it on records
example:
what will happened when i come 2 a club that has the mk2 in it? (like most clubs, i think), u will need 2 get USED to the feeling of the *click* in around the 0 % of the mk2.. it will help u afterwards..
just my 2 cents |

| I still say save. Will be worth it in the long while when all clubs switch to M3Ds and also, if you run into the -0+ pitch slide problem, just give the playing track a plus or minus of a few 1/10 percents and then you don't need the other one to be around 0. |

the click @ 0 doesn't really matter if you're spinning trance anyways
i mean how often are trance tracks played at 0? :p
im usually playing them around +4 to +8 |

| I say save up for 3d's, the pitch control just feels better, and sometimes after a long use, the pitch fader wears out around 0%, you wouldn't want that ... Also alot of clubs use 3d's... |
