I heard it in Club Hell in Providence.
It's supposedly an Industrial song, during the song there will be this part that spouts "Fight, Torture, and Kill" every 8 beats. |

| Nevermind, turns out they were saying "BIND, torture, and Kill" which lead me to Suicide Commando - Bind, Torture, and Kill. |
