Roger Sanchez and Dutch up-and-comer Laidback Luke explore the darker side of house on their latest mix. 'Afterdark Vol.3' arrives in October.
Sanchez and Luke are often seen squeezing past each other in the DJ booth. This year alone they've spun together at the Winter Music Conference, the Mystery Land and Global Gathering festivals as well as Sanchez' Release Yourself residency in Ibiza. Now they bring their complementary styles of house, electro, techno and tribal together on the third mix in the 'Afterdark' series on Sanchez' house label Stealth.
Sanchez's disc one mix includes cuts from Ink & Needle, Shinedoe, Da Hool and Peter Gelderbloom while Luke's mix contains many of his own productions and remixes alongside tracks from Steve Angello & Sebastian Ingrosso, 2000 and One and ATFC.

i will def need it! it seems that I jumped the gun on this one, didnt realize that this was the DC one and also on a Friday I will be going to the one at Pacha on Sat. |

Buzzlife crowd is interesting since you have ravers, girls with wigs and cross dressers lol. Most of them were really into the music and others where just really ed up. There is very rude people pushing through the crowd like the own the joint. Saw a fight broke between 5 people but whatever on the DJ's
I was really excited to hear Laidback Luke but he was alright, he was such tease. He did play some new tracks halfway through his set and it didn't help that I got there 45 minutes late. I probably missed him play

Roger Sanchez rocked it lastnight crowd went bananas and more showed up room was getting packed as the night went on. He played some the tracks he been pumping out in the last 6 months. Was great to hear him play some 90's and early 2000 stuff from I could remember lastnight
