i was going to buy one, tested it out at the shop... i'm going to assume you're talking about the desktop version.
the interface is really house, so using the software editor is mandatory. for the price though, you get a pretty wicked synth imo. analog and digital in one box is pretty win! i got some pretty good sounds out of it, and i don't really know much about synth programming hah.
if you want to buy one, make sure they are the latest revision. the old versions have very limited parameter control via midi and i think it takes a controller/pcb upgrade to fix it ($$).
only reason i didn't buy one is because theyre monophonic. i'll prob get a blofeld. :) |
