yeah i think it would be pretty awesome if they did.. i've seen piet almost a dozens times, the one and only time i got to see them together i think was at trance-energy 2007.. wasnt a live pa though they just kept going back and forth..
elie; 'live performance act' ... mmm good example of usually PA artists would be like infected mushroom, second sun.. daftp.. just doing it live

when they preform a live act, not just a dj set
i think only one of them comes when it's just a dj set too
kinda lame near the end tho, would love to see beats@rank1 live like that tho

speaking about live performance acts, my main man paul van dyk does all his shows live as well, no cd's, no records. Just his pc and piano.

You do a live pa for the show and to get paid more
How many artists have asked for gear that wasnt even plugged
I've seen djs doing live PAs using itunes and tweaking the sound with only an effect... faking to play off their keyboard
Who's gonna take the chance to be off or not use the exact sound etc
Usually its all pre recorded and they might play some notes over... but nothing more
I'm not saying every live pa is bullsh*t... but most of them are only for the show and thats ok
Nothing really different then a dj set... except for the visual part of it and the fact that you can really work the transitions perfectly
PVD probably doesnt do much either...
Sorry to hidhjack this thread by the way ...

i remember seeing Hardfloor and the liberator brothers back in 99 at a warehouse party, they had all their gear and everything, we later found out they were just playing a dat tape and pretending to play
