So I finally had the chance to give this a listen today. I think it's a really good mix, but it wouldn't be something that I remember a few years from now.
The track selection is superb and the mixing is wonderful but I think the over all mix doesn't go anywhere. It starts off banging and never seems to venture off.
This is all after the first listen, might need to give it a few more tries to truly grab its essence. Well worth the buy though, just guess I was hyping it a bit too much. Still a huge fan of Lars. |
