I've been listening to this set for about a year and a half every other or every day.I never get tired of it.Any other TXTAs also crazed fans of this set?:) I didn't see what was the big deal about Sasha & Digweed until i heard this set it's nuts!
i guess i kinda defeat the purpose to a thread since i didn't post a set download link of the set i'm hyping.But has anyone else heard this set,and or like it?There was a really long thread about this set in music discussions a while back,but i lost it.:( |

| I have that dvd. It's fun to watch. Me and my rave buddies back in tha day went to all three texas events. Some of us are on the dvd at the austin music hall and at bronco bowl. I miss that place.:( |

i dunno, i can't give the set more than 'good' and avoid all superlatives. it has good songs, a bunch of ableton jazz, but what it lacks is a real groove that you can get into. it almost has one for a while before the end, but it seems that digweed wants to build a groove and sasha wants to build effects instead of them complimenting each other like they usually do. it has a lot of good songs, some great ones even, but what holds it back from greatness, I think, is its relatively weak cohesiveness.
ps you can die of happiness in the middle of any decent set, it's called mdma. |

there some tight tracks, sasha and digweed are my favorite,but i never really got into this set.kinda like what you said.ive had this set for two years and listened only a couple of times.i just bought the tracks i like on bp. The footage from this event was off tha chain though.Such a huge event.I bet its harder to mix outside with all that massive sound, than inside a club. |

| Probably not any harder to mix as long as you have decent monitoring. I can't see them spending all that money on sound for the outdoor venue and paying Sasha & Digweed, ect... then skimping on the monitors. |
