This thread is just to show how excited i am that i am going to gatecrasher tonight to hear dumonde for 4 hours. And meeting all the UKTA's. The pics will b up after.
Oh and i am now on 4000 posts, there Wicked Neo i said it. Time for torontotranceaddict to flame me :p
4000 posts, and i have been on the board 11 months, i should slow down :)
Anyway i am too excited :D |

I saw Dumonde last year in August when my friend brought them down for a party, and tehy kicked @$$!!
To the best of my knowledge (that being according to Jam X), it was oneof the first times they ever played 'Memory' *drool* :) |

heh.. dumonde would be a good one to see.. calgary is starting to get some great djs coming through... we just had ferry corsten, armin van buuren (who is coming back for another dose of calgary :))
coming this month are:
dave seaman and max graham in one night
mauro picotto
hybrid
gary d
and finally next month we have timo maas, steve lawler, dj scot project, and i'm guessing many others...
now i'm pretty sure this isn't the full event list, just the few that have come to my mind at the moment :) |

I don't get why you guys are so excited, isn't DuMonde at Crasher quite often? Not always a 4 hour set but still.
Newcastle is getting better for trance, but still isn't great in comparison to Sheffield or Leeds, for trance that is. Our other nightlife is mint, but trance hasn't always been that big here.
We're getting some decent lineups, but improving steadily with a trance scene. In the next 4 weeks we have:

Those I've taken from either Promise nightclub, Playrooms nightclub, and the event at Telewest. Legends nightclub gets some world class trance DJs every couple of weeks too, but I can't find their listings anywhere on the net. It's probably not as good as Sheffield or anywhere near, but it's improving which can only be a good thing :) |

WERD! dumonde wya more banging than usual, only played a few softies, 100% cheese free too! and i loved practically every tune jsut i didnt knwo most of the names of them! good to here the new dumonde tune and new remix! and they actually good DJs compared to previous performences, loadsa tricks on the EQ and scratching!
but indeed, the night was very messyT :D
