| Actually Armin plays Rock-Dance now. Sometimes cheesy. I don't have anything against Armin, his productions and mixes were one of the best in 2000-2004 and parts of 2005. But now he doe NOT play trance, by my opinion - thats all. |

ASOT is still on the whole a great show. Live Armin on the other hand totally bores me. I was at his 6 hour set in Sydney and I was so disappointed. No set direction, very little of the amazing tracks he plays on ASOT and basically a carbon copy of every live set he does. You can pretty much guess what he will play. Boring old crappy tech and electro, with totally random placement of an occasional melodic or progressive track.

Personal preference. There's nothing wrong with that. If you get off on tonnes of tech and electro, enjoy a DJ who doesn't respond to the crowd and has no set flow then power to you. I'm happy for you :gsmile: |
