What do you guys think about having visuals going on around the DJ when he is playing. More and more DJ's are requiring visuals in their rider as part of the set up for when they play.

I do like them but i also think they should be used for the whole show and not just the headliner if they are there and set up already. But the past couple of shows they have deffently made the show tons better. what do yall think like them or not

My own opinion is that if you need visuals your music is probably boring or only accessible to children on drugs staring at lazars.

Visuals can go both ways. I have seen some people "play" visuals and I have seen some people MAKE visuals to go with an event. it is truly an art. Check out these guys. Well girl and guy. :) http://www.psymbolic.com/unlock.html?key=/visuals/

Unless the DJ is a warship!!:D

Lights and lasers are toys. It's the music that matters, not the decor.
