So I was browsing some old sets and I came across this one. Thought I'd have a small trance fix before work, reminisce my earlier years.
Forgot how amazing this set is. The energy just keeps escalating. Although Ferry's mixing skills weren't the best (better than mine will ever be of course), I loved the programming.
Feels good to know that I'd still reach for the lasers if the proper situation aroused. Real gem this one. Adding this to my ipod, might even get some car play time :p.
Really sad to hear this and then hear the current state trance is in. There's an extreme difference.

Definitely one of the best live sets I have ever heard. It's true what you say about the energy as it's just pure euphoria from start to finish.
I often have a listen to this one as it's that good :D |

this is my favourite Ferry set.
And it's not like any other Ferry sets I've heard either. He pushed the pitch preatty heavily back then. Just listen to Dont Give Up and notice how pitched it is.
The two tracks that makes this entire set are: Full Moon and Stargazer. Worth getting the set alone for these two. |
