Trance Scene in Montreal
View this Thread in Original format
Ranim
Hello,
I came to Montreal 5 weeks ago, and went to some night clubs with some friends. I Realized that Trance music is mostly inexistent here (i only know that Stereo organizes a Trance event once a month: Trancemission..but nothing else). The dominant music is the Electro, Prog House, and Commercial Music.

Am I right, or am I generalizing?

big raves are the only exception to your assumption

Ya i know..I was talking about the "usual" programs at clubs.
NO TRANCE? :conf:
Sean Walsh
None.

I am also a big trance fan, and unfortunately pretty non existent other than what has been mentioned thus far on this thread. But if we remain hopeful maybe one day there will be a club that will play trance. That would be super sweet.

BeB has two rooms. so technically it is not only trance.

plus define all people? i for one wouldn't be caught dead in a line, full of people seeing some trance dj ... certain exception would probably be niklas harding and ozgur can, and last i checked they sort of play god knows what now.

also a lot of people go out, and have no ing clue what they are listening to because they are on god knows what sort of "pharmaceutical" thing.
