I'm cooking a shoulder fillet of lamb for dinner and want to know how I should do it. My arsenal of ingredients are


dried rosemary
dried mint
thyme
sage
olive oil

lol ew omit mint and thyme. rub the leftover ingredients and marinate it, then grill it!

rosemary and lamb r like a match made in heaven :stongue:

I think for today though i'm going to slow roast it, It gives a nicer end texture than grilling it. That and I can't be arsed to clean the griddle pan before using it :p

gonna use rosemary, olive oil, and i'll do some minted vegetables to go with it. got sweet chantennay carrots & brocolli spears and I think a leek is hiding in the fridge somewhere ;)

good start though :p

next one....

I have 6oz flour
6oz caster sugar
3eggs
4oz cooking margarine

do i make

A) a light sponge cake
B) a mess and pour it over my brothers head
or C) Love.
