For dissociatives, Ketamine is safest, PCP is the most dangerous, and DXM is in the middle. Because it's in cough syrup, people look at it as a dirty drug, akin to doing benadryl or huffing solvents. They're very, very wrong.
DXM can kick your ass if your mind and body favor it. Make sure DXM is the only active ingredient. DXM can take you into other galaxies all on it's own, when combined with certain other drugs it can be a life changing experience.
Here's the secret: for some people, DXM is a great drug, for others it's a terrible drug, and for some other people, it's just neutral. Not everyone can enjoy this, unfortunately. Just make sure whatever cough syrup or gelcaps you do have DXM and DXM only as the active ingredient. If not, you can vomit, get nauseous, have diarrhea, or die. Start low just in case you are really sensitive to it.
