I will be there for my first Bleu room...experience.

I hope I don't feel blue when I leave, and I have plenty of green left
And that the roads aren't too full of white, and the wind is just right.

hmmm, I'd look for a chicago date then.......I bet it'll happen....

I keep telling myself to lay off getting hyped up for shows because it seems as though many big artists frequent Chicago 1-2 even 3 times a year. Bleu has some cheaper drinks / parking it sounds like. But I have come to enjoy Vision as a venue in a sense.

In fact I remember reading Ferry's myspace and the detroit date is announced on there, but people were commenting "when ya coming to chicago"

I still say that...

Normally I also wait for people to come to Chicago, but it's been two years since I've been to a major show. I'm pretty stoked about it.

gonna be massive, it always is. Bleu has the sickest sound system by far... For those of you asking about hotels...i recommend the Hilton Garden Inn, downtown or the Athenium Suites. The Athenium is a bit more expensive but with a crew together on the cost it breaks down nice. Both hotels will shuttle you for a 'tip' to and from the event...

See you all there!

That sounds like a sweet deal for a little extra since I won't have to worry about parking or walking over there. Not that I'm bad with directions, but walking around a city you've never been to at some crazy hour in the morning after having a few drinks is a great way to get lost.

For those who haven't been to Bleu, let me just say that I've had nothing but positive experiences. The crowd and vibe are always top notch, with an A-MAZING sound system to boot. I prefer the small venue, as it makes it a little more personal.

So Bleu raised the price to $25 for general admission today and this girl says that most likely it will be $30 at the door. Wanttickets didn't say anything about the price changing.

Is this common? Out of no where price jacks? And they are closing at 2 A.M tonight

I am just waiting to show up there and be told $15 coat check.

Then I was given the warning to not even let a pack of cigs be visible as your window will be broke when you get back.
I can't afford this kind of budgeting. Bleu is too big of a bitch to put like 16 characters of text warning people about this . We charge more the day of the show and even more at the door.

I got the bitching bug today.
