I've seen this site pop up on several different threads, but given its content, I think it warrants one of its own:

It covers the major genres and is regularly updated with some very recent sets, along with a host of material from the early and mid 90's.
Although I'm not sure how 'rare' these sets happen to be, I do know that there is a slew of really good material here.
