Hehe. I know the situation. Ivan (the owner of Sense) is mad about other stations and even users, who are not in alliance with him. He is so jealous about them (true, too bad I've realized it so late). My advice to you ivan is:
Don't attack me and all users, for that sense is not the best. Try working on your radio, not to attack other radios and users. |

This is an actual e-mail, then again proving that to you is like taking a lollypop from a 3 year old. I don't need an author's permission since this is an e-mail directly sent to me.
Yet another hate thread over nonsense and Marcus Schossow turns it into a disaster.

excuse me, the author of this email is marcus schossow, therefore he and only he owns the copyright to it, and he and only he can give permission to copy, forward or otherwise duplicate it. you may want to read http://www.out-law.com/page-7768

Um, I believe that the initial issue is here that...
1. Someone posted a link with a set that Titles a false ID, otherwise one unauthorized, nor even ever aired by Sense.FM
2. Direct accusation from Marcus Schossow to me over simply nothing other than a post that someone made on TranceAddict.com
You do that math, but to me it sounds like your buddy Marcus Schossow needs to get his facts straight first before he starts making accussations. It's simply ridiculous and it's funny how you're defending Schossow on the issue (considering he has no facts, but a lame post that is untrue). |

i'm not defending anyone, in fact i'm not commenting on the original issue at all (as you say yourself). all i'm saying is that you have no right to post in public the contents of a private email without permission of the author, and therefore i'm asking you to edit your post and remove it. you may replace it with a summary of the contents of the mail. |

I'm not sure why you even jumped into this topic considering your comments from the beginning are irrelevant.
You may have a point on the Privacy, request granted. Regardless, your comments and Bore's are hijacking this thread aka "Not staying on Subject".
