Does anyone encounter absolute Sienfieldness at the job?
How do you deal with nonsense/stupidity when it's the norm?

How do you deal with it? You become jaded to it and constantly go along with the concept of "always make the customer happy" and do whatever they want. I really have no emotion when people yell at me anymore. I just stand there, look at them straight-faced, daydream about random , then when they're done with their five minute tirade I'll just give them whatever they were whining about. |

It's not the customer.
It's my manager and coworkers. |

In the last three weeks I've had 3 major blowups with my boss.
My comrads tell me to let it go, just go with the flow.
I so hate, being mediocre.
