Theres a bookie where i'ld like to put some bets but there a phrase i dont fully understand, what does play through mean exactly here:

So when i deposit money for the first time i get a bonus of 15% on top of the amount i deposit.
But, as stated, before you can make any withdrawal, you have to play for at least three times. Now i'm wondering what they mean by "play through your deposit and bonus".
Lets say i deposit 50 euros.
Does that mean i have to play for the full 50 euros three times?
Or would playing three times for 10 euro also be ok?
Or do i have to have played for 50 euros over the whole of the three bets, lets say bets of 20, 20 and 10 euros (=50).
same goes for play through it once |

Ask the people who run it. They would know better than we would.
Gambling organizations will do anything to get more money out of you, so it's likely some sort of weird loophole that will have you lose money.
I'd suggest not doing it at all. |

Let me give this a shot:
I think this applies to withdrawing the bonus credited to your account.
You'll have to make at least 3 bets that should equal the amount you deposit plus the bonus credited to your account before you can withdraw the amount they gave to you.
You should be able to withdraw your initial deposit at anytime.
edit: duh. I missed the play the 3 times part. So yeah, play 3 times the amount of the deposit and bonus |

I'll use your example of 50 euros.
You will get 50 * 1.15 = 57.5 upon your deposit & credit of bonus.
You need to play through your D(deposit)+B(bonus) 3 times before withdrawal so:
57.5*3 = 172.5
This is the total amount you will have to wager in order to withdraw.
As for play through it once, wager a total of D*1 in order to bet with your bonus. However, it would seem the 3xD+B wager requirement satisfies this so I would ask customer support for clarification. |

Thanks everybody, that sounds about right.
Do you guys think they mean i need to "play through" that (in this case) €172.5 in three times (=with 3 bets only) or that i could for instance play 18 bets of €10 in order to get to that amount??
And @ Theresa, the site is called bet365.com and is one of the oldest UK bookies around so i'm pretty sure i can trust them.
I'm aware though that this measurement of three times your deposit is particularly in their own interest. Especially since those '3 times bets' need to be at least 2 to 1. |

You can make any number of bets to fulfill the total wager requirements.
bet365.com is very trustworthy, no worries there - I have done casino bonuses there.
The wager requirements are in place to prevent bonus abuse. If the wager req. was only 1xB for ex., then they would lose out. By forcing you to make a certain dollar amount of bets, they ensure you risk your own money and not just the bonus.
There were great opportunities a few years back in casino bonuses where the wagering requirements were low and lots of money could be made. |
