I'm just wondering what foods some people here eat, before going out for a night of clubbing and hard dancing haha. Any foods that help give you good dancing fuel?! lol

Because I have a bit of an unpredictable stomach this is always a tricky issue for me. Usually I eat either pizza or pasta.

Whatever I'd eat if I wasn't going clubbing.

I always try to eat lightly cuz sometimes my stomach can be sensitive.
Usually I will have a sandwich and salad or a pita.

usually a nice big whole wheat flax bagel with some peanut butter on it... just never anything too greasy. i learned my lesson in the summer, after eating a few dozen chicken wings and a mcdonalds hamburger (plus alcohol) before heading to guv. i don't think my farts have made any sounds since that dreadful sunday afternoon

I'd say alot of carbs is really good. The best way to insure your stomach is not upset would be to have something with potasium (Gatorade or Bannanna's for example). Everybody's body is different mind you, but this usually works for me.

protein (chicken), fruits and veggies.. maybe carbs in the morning or afternoon. 'Had some friends swear that greasy food and pills don't agree well :p

This seems to only happen to me but it is easier for me to eat after the party then it is before... totaly against what most people are like.

But I will usualy eat a good meal with Protien, Complex carbs and a good amount of veggies washed down with lots of water.
