well if you're stereo needs the RCA outs... then just buy a cable which has 1/4 inch plugs on one end, and RCA on the other end-
then buy a Y cable to go from RCA to the line in on your cpu |

Why can't you just buy a 2 x 1/4" to 3.5mm stereo (L/R split aka "Y")?
No need for 2 cables.
More info needed dude.
Do you mean are there any more outputs becuase yours are already going to you amp? the answer is yes, you can actually use the sends on the mixer as another output.
Do you mean can you record your set to different medium (standalone cd burner, inline record unit, DAT, MD, etc.) - the answer is yes.
Do you mean do you HAVE to buy a soundcard? The answer is no as your computer will most certainly have a line in. |

even if you use the sends, you still need the same 1/4 inch cables...
the mixer only has one rca out |

| Thanks for the help guys, one more thing for clarification...the 1/4 inch cables are for the "send out" on the mixer, then the Y cable is to go from the other end of the 1/4 cables to the "line in" on my laptop? is that all correct? |

This is exactly hat you need:
LINK - 3.5mm Stereo jack to 2 x 1/4" Mono Jack
you only need one cable: to from the 1/4" send outputs to your 3.5mm Stereo jack input on your computer. |

correct me if i'm wrong, but the send is for the fx loop, so using that probably wouldn't work unless you can select the route the master to it somehow (and it didn't seem like that from looking at the mixer, unless you put the effect switch on every channel to post, then it might work).
i can't find a pic of the back panel so i can't really say where you should plug and what, but i don't think using the send is going to work. |

That's exactly what I used to do and it worked just fine. Also, because it has a "gain" pot on the the send, you can control the level. |
