Honest to goodness truth, the purpose of the show is to make money for MTV. Bottom line. Showing all the little stink-face bratty rich kids and their parents is just to draw all the normal people to tune in and be like :wtf:. The more stink-face and bratty the poopchunk kids are, the more people go :wtf: and the more noise it creates around the show, thus drawing more viewers. The whole attraction is that it's an insight to a life that is so much different than our own. Unfortunately, the normal people want to (or think they want to) live like that and that's why they watch. I think. |

The only 2 times I have watched this, I was at a friends house, and even after pleading they did not change the channel, so I left the room before punching a hole in the wall.., |
