Done with CD1...
Hated most of it, just not my cup of tea. It was a real torture for me to listen to it all the way through.
It begins with an annoying chipmunky vocals track, and then immediately bangs all the way to the end. There is absolutely no flow, or peaks, or lows. Real amateurish.
It does contain a few good tracks, besides 'Who Killed Sparky?'. Benny Benassi's 'Love and Emotion (Instrumental)' was a real nice surprise as I didn't expect this to be one of the best tracks in the CD. Thomas Bangalter's 'Outrage' was also quite good, but the best tracks in the CD are definitely Chymera's 'Arabesque' and Pig & Dan's 'Deliverance'. Quite a relief after the suckfest that is this disc.
Overall: 4/10 just for the few good tracks I mentioned.
I'll review CD2 when I get around to listening to it... |

| Seems a very odd choice for GU, given the general sound has shifted to the electroey house and techy stuff but still, felix?!, given i can't suggest anyone else who'd be a good choice right now. |
