I will contemplate playing in a roto league. H2H? Nah I won't join. Just don't enjoy those anymore. I work 12 hours a day now, I barely have time for eating lately.
Anyway, I'm not commish!! Just not feeling that. And yeah, I won't play if Commie is commish. He's brutal. Changes rules half way through the season, etc etc |

of course i'm in.
i think i will always be in every year for as long as i live, because i work with computers practically 24/7. so i usually spend the first 15 minutes of my work morning adjusting rosters or part of my lunch time adjusting material.
i think also it might be best for myself to manage at most 2 teams now. managing more than 2 teams, and holding down a full time job is rough for me. :( |

straightforward. we hold a live draft before opening day baseball. it's basically building the best super team out of all the mlb players in all 30 teams. you can pick the worst people to the best people in the league. you have total control of your team roster from dropping people to picking up players who are not in other managers' teams. basically you are an imaginary general manager of an imaginary baseball team.
the scoring system of fantasy baseball is pretty simple. it follows the basic system of counting the major baseball stats of batters(runs, hits, batting average, etc..) and pitchers(wins, saves, ERA, strikeouts, etc...). at the end of the day, all the stats of the players on your team are tallied up, and then are compared with the other teams' totals.
that's i guess your fantasy baseball 101 wrapped up in 2 short paragraphs. :) |

since draft times are disappearing by the minute I took the liberty of creating a league.
i vow to be a better commish in the year of the rat (my year). MoX can go cry about this but we're doing head to head until everyone agrees on roto. head-to-head generates more activity. look how stale basketball league is. |
