| you can mix in "mixmeister" style in Ableton Live too...just give it a bit of thought and use the sequencer view... |

| me too...also sometimes when I am a bit in trouble for whatever reason on a live gig...I will switch to this way and prepare a longer part to be able to leave booth or something...you know whatever's needed |

obviously the two programs are worlds apart, i was just wondering if the way tracks were mixed in pro tools was similar to the way they are layered in mixmeister. |
