Can you eq in Mixmeister or is it sort of just slammin' one track on the other?

ya you can eq, but it's not that great.

you can mix in "mixmeister" style in Ableton Live too...just give it a bit of thought and use the sequencer view...

me too...also sometimes when I am a bit in trouble for whatever reason on a live gig...I will switch to this way and prepare a longer part to be able to leave booth or something...you know whatever's needed

obviously the two programs are worlds apart, i was just wondering if the way tracks were mixed in pro tools was similar to the way they are layered in mixmeister.
