C is wrong, why? Hexadecimal uses the numbers 0-9 and the letters A-F... no G

Hexadecimal: 02 01 03 0B 13 10 01 03 05

Decimal: 2 1 3 11 19 16 1 3 5

A is a proper number under a base 10 numeric system, so is B, C is not valid under any common base number system (base 10, binary, octal, hex)
