Ok so napster has been through every court getting closed down etc and banned but inst Audio Galaxy 10x Worst ? or has the goverment taken a blind eye to this file sharing business, in my own views i think music should be free and credit should be given in number of downloads, as this sick music industry is all about glamour and looks esp the pop scene.

i could be wrong but im pretty sure that i read somewhere that AG included something in writing on their site which basically meant that they could not be sued because their only part in the sharing of files was that they only provided the program and it was the actual users that were doing the illegal stuff! something which im gathering NAPSTER did not put on their site so they took full responsibilty for the likes of you and me :D nice one AG :p

Unfortunately AG has the ability to easily block songs if the record company requests is. Luckily most trance producers don't care whether we download mp3's of their work.

Thats good =) It's artist like Metallica that is so afraid people won't buy their CDs so they have to block everything.. *sigh* They should be happy so many people wants to download their songs, but maybe massmedia should know some more about whats going on so the artist are braught forward, okey maybe thats a bad thing too, then everyone will listen to them and the radio will play the songs apart. Hmmmmmmm I don't know relly...

I can never understand when I read about file sharing programs like Napster, Morpheus etc, that nobody ever mentions AG. It is easily the best for dance music, so lets keep quiet...shhhhhhhh
