ESPN, Club Owners and the suits at the Premiership HQ are behind this. Guarentee a couple of envelopes containing wads of cash have exchanged hand.
| Its a business....... everything that happens a big envelope with a wad of cash is exchanged... |

| i'm excited. i wouldn't even mind going to a sunderland/bolton game. the quality of play in the premiership is just so much better and more enjoyable to watch. watching MLS is like everything was just put into slow motion. |

I prefer "retards trying to a door knob" myself :p
Why do so many people in the UK have problems with this? Is it the adding extra games or the fact their clubs are going to play in another country? I don't get it. |

The latter. We don't trust the Moneymen who run the league, what will start off being one game a season will turn into five, money speaks.
Your a Liverpool fan bas? Say Liverpool are playing Everton or Man United in Sydney? Would you be happy if your biggest game in the season is being played on foreign shores?

His one of worst along with Gillett and Hicks. However you have owners on the otherhand like Lerner who run their clubs well and love the sport.
In reality the fans are ones who lose out. The executives at Premier League HQ, the club owners and the corperate suits are ones who win.

Footballs always been polluted with corruption etc. However what these guys are doing is taking the piss, it's like someone from the street walking into your house eating your dinner, shagging your missus and taking a on the living room carpet.

Depends how much money you can offer Skudamore and his cronies. It wouldn't suprise me one bit if the bigger teams end up playing in places swimming in cash like Dubai for example. |

Malcom Glazer has been nothing but wonderful for our football team.... The Buccaneers. since he bought our club in 95 he turned it around and won a super bowl in 2002, new stadium in 99, super bowl will be played in Tampa next year too, and he personally financed the league's best pratice facility and headquarters,.. top notch... he is a greatly respected individual in our community...
we applaud him for purchasing the United and doing for them what he did for us... |

Honestly, I'm just happy if any of the clubs come over to the US to tour and play friendlies.
Even though I would go to a game if this plan goes through in a heartbeat no matter who's playing, it won't replicate the feeling of going to a match in England. |
