i would say the safest, CHEAPEST, and CLOSEST way IS a cab... unless you know someone at the club that can give you a ride... the buses and trains stop running at midnight i believe...
Transit is pretty much the edge of downtown philly, anywhere downtown you will need to get is at most 5-8 minutes away. |
