Adam K & Soha - Long Distance (SAMPLE)

New track by Adam K & Soha. No one else made a thread about it, so i thought i did. It has some special sounds in it, like mouth organ samples which are used. It has some parallels to Samim's Heater, which was a summer bomb (too), but it doesnt have that 'cheap' sound in it. This is i think something really epic for the EDM lovers (though still people dont have to like and just dont will like it ;))

It has (real) good potential to become a WMC killer track I think. Its been out a while (though not released yet), Tong played it some 2 months ago i think (somehwere in dec. 07).

Not too bad...I especially liked their Twilight and I Like Rhythm track....so this isn't too bad, but wanna hear a crisp sample of this....

btw, I'm kinda not diggin the harmonica sounds in this a bit....country meets EDM .:conf:

haha, taste differs (luckily). i like, and it has some parallels to the (much cheaper) Heater by Samim. but its all about taste ;)

oh yeah, I heard it, but I believe it was cut out of a liveset...just want to hear a crisp sounding version...so worries the sample was good, just want to hear the real thing to make my final judgement...kinda sounds a bit like twilight now.

track isn't too bad, but the harmonicas kinda ruined it for me...but we'll see after a few good listens...

thanks anyways!!!

really addicted to their sound at the minute. love twilight and their remix of deep at night. this sounds pretty decent to.

i made a thread about this a ways back, just can't remember if it was here or on the tiesto tracklists site. anyway, it was played in tiesto's club life #29 a long time back (probably around the time tong played it). i asked adam k (on november 1st) if/when it was going to be released and he said he had signed it over to a label already (didn't say which) and that it would be released around january. obviously that's come and past since then so who knows...

It's signed to a sublabel of Armada... which probably explains the length in time between the track getting into the hands of the major players, and us lot getting a chance to use it.

agreed. thanks for the insight.

Don't know why, but I seem to be a sucker for just about everything these two make.

It's all incredibly formulaic and subtly cheesy, but they just sink their hooks into me and I'm sold every damn time.

Like that sample a lot! Reminds me of a track from Deeper Shades of Euphoria. I'll have to look up the name of the track.

same thing as what happened to Lake's 'Carry me away'. Was released several months/half a yr after (one of the) first times played (i think it was Tong who played it first in his ES)
