Probably, yes. This contact between your teeth and your lower lip are one of the characteristics of a "v" sound (there's more to it though).

Actually, this kind of thread reminds me that I should get back to working on that accent database I proposed. There are lots of volunteers, and I've already contacted Swamper for hosting information, and... well, I'm going to work on that next week :) |
