Does anybody know if this is re-opened? I've heard it was becoming a cafe/record store but other people said they're not doing vinyl at all anymore...

| not quite the same as it used to be. A couple of French guys own it now. Nice enough fellas, however the catalog system just isnt quite as easy as it used to be. Things not sorted by label as well as genre any more.. plus the turntables they are using are piles 'o crap. one of which doesnt even have the metal knob in the centre of the platter.. A couple of small gripes, however the move to add the cafe section to the business in addition to the renovations are of positive note. |

love alley tunes. found my copy of 'jeff mills - the bells' there and about four older releases of pornographic recordings ;)
was also got beaten by somewhat obscure DJ from having the coveted '2 Phat Cunts - Ride' from that shop. What a cunt. :p
