I really can't believe how awesome the Pens are playing without Crosby. They won three in a row and took the lead in the East. Malkin is on ing fire and is now in 2nd place for points after his 4 point game against Philly.....this kid is ing amazing! Can't wait to see how much better they are when Crosby comes back.
Oh and PISS ON ALL YOU Flyers / DEVILS / ILES / RANGER fans :haha: |

please...heard all this last year when the pens were challenging for the atlantic title only to lose it to who???? that's right new jersey. your "pens that are on fire" couldn't beat a devils team that played like and spotted you guys a two goal lead last week. save it. |

Yeah yeah yeah.....blow it out your ass. They are a young team and have a lot of progress to make but you can't deny they are playing very well considering they are without their best player and goaltender. They will be contenders for years to come.....and your Devils keep getting older and older.:p |

Pens have been a good team to watch this year, one of the maintenance guys in my building has been talking about them for months, and I checked for myself, very good team.... Devils are still gunna win the Cup though, so put your boner down!

Yeah, the "old card" would have been valid maybe a year or three ago, but if anything, our one and only problem, according to people in the early season, was that everyone is relatively young... Guys like Clarkson, Zajac, Janssen, Parise, Pelley, Brookbank, Martin, especially those first four, are gunna grow into some legendary quintessential Devils if they keep at it... Clarkson's already got a big fan out of me and my brother, not to mention the obvious, Parise.... All we need to worry about is the loss of Brodeur soon, but I think we have enough great young talent in our forwards that'll pick up the slack! |

The Pens are the most exciting story in hockey BY FAR. The best player in the world is out with injury (Crosby), the starting phenom goalie gets hurt (fleury) and a bunch of other role players go down with injury too.
Whos there to pick em up? A 21 year old Russian Defect (Malkin) a goalie straight off the scrap pile (Conklin) and a bunch of kids barely out of diapers.
They WILL dominate the Atlantic division for years to come, especially once Brodeur retires, as he is really the only challenge in that division. |
