you are off by 2 hours. miami is 5 hours behind so pete is on 2-4pm.
also - i doubt the EM will be live...pretty sure it will be taped delay. |

With the US and Canada on a different day light saving schedule .. Miami will actually be 4 hours behind England.
Pete's Essential Selection will be 3pm-5pm and Annie Mac 5pm-7pm. With the EM following that - be taped and then broadcast a few hours later. (early in the morning on the 29th England time)
Deep Dish - for the EM will be alright. :) |

Glad i didnt get tickets - unless im missing something - only 4 dj sets for that price? Mosly just guests?

i went to a website that calculated time-zone differences and it say 5 hours. http://www.timezoneconverter.com/

Pete Tong and Annie Mac are packing their record bags and heading to Miami for sun, pool-side frolics and sets with the dance world's finest.
Pete and Annie will both broadcast live from the party, Pete from 7pm-9pm, Annie from 9pm-11pm on Friday 28th March with a wealth of guests.
Pete Tong will have interviews with Bob Sinclar, Frankie Knuckles, Swedish House Mafia (Axwell, Ingrosso and Angello), Danny Tenaglia, Deadmau5 and the infamous Tommy Lee.
There will be a mix from Eric Prydz, and Kissy Sell Out will be out and about chatting to punters and other guests at the party including Fedde Le Grand and Armand van Helden. The PA will be from Sam Sparro.
We'll also be presenting a special Miami Essential Mix from Deep Dish (Dubfire and Sharam) and Cedric Gervais from 3am-5am on the same night.
Annie Mac will talk to guests Calvin Harris and Erol Alkan, have a mini mix from local miami resident DJ Craze and a full mix from Justice. Kissy Sell Out will again be reporting from the pool and the PA will be from Santogold.

The event is at the Surfcomber Hotel in Miami Beach on Friday 28 March between 11am and 10pm.

The website is not wrong for today.
Today there is a 5 hour difference... but the US will be "springing" forward on March 9 while the rest of the world does not got through day light saving time until March 30. So for a few short weeks the time difference is only 4 hours. They also fall back a week later than the rest of the world in the fall.
Last year was the first year for the difference. Bush passed the legislation to change it to provide farmers extra hours of day light.
Daylight Saving Time
Pete's show was 3 hours last year and went from 3-7. It was followed by 2 Essential Mixes. The first was an hour each of Frankie Knuckles, DJ Dan, One+One and Richie Hawtin.
This year's show appears to have a different set up... but will still have Pete Tong saying.. "Live on Radio One... " |

yep you're right. i entered in the date but didn't click the button for 'use this date', so i guess it used today's date and as you noted it is different today versus 4 weeks from today. |

probably. thought the 2pm thing is killing me. last year i stayed at that hotel so after we came back from Tengalia around 9am we just got some breakfast, changed clothes and went straight to the pool :eyespop: . the Pacha party next door does seem cool as well. i may try and go to both.... |
