When I saw the pyramid I dropped my jaw & I was like no way!
And then I saw the background lights and I was like could it be!
Then when the pyramid opened I started screaming out of joy!
Brought back SO many good memories! (Saw them 3 times in concert!)
Oh and when they were wearing their orange LED suits that they wore at their encores on their US tour, I was so happy!
Omg when they showed inside the booth I was so incredibly happy!
Oh did I mention I met the woman who designed those LED suits at the Daft Punk after party in LA this summer? Oh yeah! That was so cool!
This totally made the grammys! |

| i like some of kanye's stuff but honestly it would be much better if he weren't there at all, even the crowd seemed to react more to the daft punk stuff |

no just Kanye, daft punk is what made that song a hit imo (although I do laugh at the black kate moss line every time I hear it). I do think Kanye has some good tracks but you won't catch me buying a Kanye cd anytime soon, kid urks me. |

but don't a lot of artists at some point in time sell there musical soul to whore it out for commercial purposes....
just saying.....of EDM is a true and respected form of music (in the "music" world) at some point in time it will become commercial and there will be a lot of sell-outs...happened to r&b, grunge rock, rap, hip hop, etc.
I just think its the inevitable in any genre of music, eventually it has to turn commercial even if the fans don't want it to |
