best way to keep up energy? (pg. 3)

FOOD is your friend in this department. A lot of people neglect it, but when you're up that long your body needs some calories to burn, and not the empty calories in alcohol.
Bring some energy bars with you to clubs you plan on being at for a long time or if you goto an afterparty. It really helps out a lot.

+1 to that and i'm usually the worst at this, i just don't want to eat due to um, cough, um partying and trying to get anything down seems to be a chore but i have found smoothies to be a life saver!!!! seriously, they are easy to drink, rehydrate you, give you some of the vitamins and minerals you need and taste great, lol. but anyways, just another thought. you can get those energy smoothies that can help out tremendously

Anyone know of other South Beach locations to grab smoothies? I'd like to add them to the TA WMC 2008 Map.

missing meals and not snacking enough was probably my downfall last year...gotta remember to eat more.
but last year i took a 15mg adderall xr and was up for 2 days straight. no such luck finding any of those this year, especially in cleveland...guess i'll try to 5 hour energy thingies. B vitamins are my friends :-)

it tastes kinda like medicine, you have to down the whole thing in one shot.. the first time i used it was to study, i was falling asleep before and it kept me awake and focused. maybe it was the placebo effect. :rolleyes:

Redbull has worked for me past WMC's

Pasta, lots of carbs and high calorie stuff

Also i've heard that booger sugar works wonders..:toothless
