One of my all-time favourite series. I wish they would show the first series on 'Gold' or 'Dave' or whatever he channel is called this week.
" Cheeky monkey" had me in tears when it was first broadcast. Partridge is a comic phenomenon . Ah ..Haa !

As far as I know it never made it to the states, so all I've seen is either on random BBC stations we get here.

Don't think many Americans know much about him...
